Your jewelry is shipped via insured USPS mail. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.  Orders over $75 receive free first class shipping. 

If you require another delivery method, please contact us.  We will provide you with pricing options to determine which method best suits your needs. 

In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

Our designs which are purchased from one of our retail partners must be returned to the store and are subject to their store policy. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.
