Shipping policy

Jewelry Production Times

All orders have a completion time of seven days prior to shipping. If the jewelry design is already in stock, as many are, it will ship sooner. Contact us for rush requests. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping 

Your jewelry is shipped via insured USPS mail. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.  Orders over $150 receive free first class shipping. 

If you require another delivery method, please contact us at info@susanrodgersdesigns.com.  We will provide you with pricing options to determine which method best suits your needs. 

In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via email as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping

Priority mail ------------------------- 2 - 4 business days*

Priority Express mail --------------- 1 - 2 business days*
