The Soulmate Ring is a symbol of connection, balance, and lasting love. Two sterling silver bands, each textured to resemble natural tree bark, are united to form one harmonious design. One band features a serene 4mm faceted aqua chalcedony, while the other is adorned with a series of four sparkling prong-set amethysts. Together, they create a beautiful contrast—soft and vibrant, calm and radiant—just like two soulmates perfectly in sync.

All orders have a completion time of seven to ten business days prior to shipping. If the jewelry design is already in stock, it will ship sooner. 

Your jewelry is shipped via insured USPS mail. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.  Orders over $75 receive free first class shipping. 

If you require another delivery method, please contact us.  We will provide you with pricing options to determine which method best suits your needs. 

In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied, exchanges are accepted for online store credit within 14 days of receipt. There is no refund on custom orders. Our designs which are purchased from one of our retail partners must be returned to the store and are subject to their store policy. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 129 Main Street, Unit 255, Stony Brook NY 11790, United States Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
