EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We take the quality of our jewelry designs very seriously!
If for some reason you are unsatisfied, exchanges are accepted for online store credit within 14 days of receipt.
Returns for items purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned to the store and are subject to their store policy.
Jewelry must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. You will receive a credit via email once the returned items are received at our Susan Rodgers Designs studio. Credits do not expire.
To setup a return, please contact us to set up your return and provide a return authorization number.
Custom orders are not-exchangeable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
