Vintage Postmark Paris Love Letter Necklace
This sterling silver necklace was designed based on an 1904 postcard sent from Paris from a young man to his love as a reminder of their journey there together. This sentiment is expressed in French on the postcard itself! The "Petite Lake" on the picture side of the postcard was where one of the scenes of the recent movie, "Midnight In Paris" takes place. How romantic!
The necklace is finished in an oxidized high polish finish and is highlighted with pearl and semi-precious stones that frame the postmark.
Available with a pearl/pearl, amethyst/pearl (shown), garnet/pearl, crystal quartz/pearl or peridot/pearl dangle. Simply indicate the pearl/stone combination desired when ordering. Custom stones available upon request. The postmark measures approximately 3/4" round.
A copy of the postcard I based the design on comes with the necklace so the story can be shared. The postcard comes in a elegant organza pouch.

The actual postmark is approximately 3/4" in diameter. The16" sterling chain is oxidized as
well and has a two inch extender chain. A freshwater pearl delicately dangles from the extender.
