Dubin Vintage Postmark Triple Strand Bracelet
This sterling Dublin vintage postmark is surrounded by three strands of either freshwater pearls in shades of white, cream and white or assorted semi-precious stones (including peridot, amethyst, citrine and topaz) . The length of the bracelet is 7 1'2" with a 1/2" extender. Simply indicate whether pearls or semi-precious stones are desired when ordering. Custom lengths are available upon request.
This sterling silver Dublin postmark bracelet is based on a postcard sent from Dublin Ireland on December 23rd, 1904.This postmark even documents the time as 4 pm.
"Ball's Bridge Dublin" describes the bridge spanning the River Dodder on the south side of the city. The sign on the bridge still proclaims it as "Ball's Bridge" in recognition of the fact that the original bridge in this location was built and owned by a Mr. Ball.
A copy of the vintage 1904 Dublin postcard the bracelet was based on comes in it's own organza pouch so the marvelous history can be cherished by the owner.
